Dry, full-bodied red wine. Intense red colour. Pencil shavings and sweet tobacco with mulberry, cherries and dark chocolate on the nose.
A balanced fusion of dark red berry and chocolate flavours with a soft mouth- feel and juicy, lingering finish. Each of the varieties were vinified separately and matured in first and second fill French oak barrels. The wine is a harmonious mix of luscious red berry flavours and decadent chocolate brought to completion by a touch of spice.
48% shiraz, 13% merlot, 11% petit verdot, 11% cabernet franc, 10% malbec, 7% pinotage
