From the dramatic slopes of Delaire Graff Estate, this Chardonnay is as multifaceted as the setting of its vineyards. Meticulous vineyard management, combined with exceptional terroir, yields fruit of superb quality. Handpicked, whole bunch pressed, then fermented and matured in small French oak barrels for 10 months, this wine is gently crafted to ensure refinement, elegance and ultimate enjoyment.
Elegant with layered nuances of vanilla, peaches and honeycomb. A hint of minerality adds to lingering finish.
The Estate
With 20 hectares of vineyards situated on the slopes of Botmaskop Mountain planted with Bordeaux reds and Chardonnay grapes, Delaire Graff Estate produces supremely elegant vintages and they are honoured to have been named one of the Top 50 wineries by the World’s Best Vineyards — placing first within the African continent.
Surrounded by South Africa’s prominent Stellenbosch vineyards silhouetted against a mountainous backdrop sits the Delaire Graff Wine Estate. Owned by Laurence Graff, Chairman of Graff Diamonds International, the estate houses private lodges, a luxury spa, a South African contemporary art collection, a Graff diamond store, and Delaire Graff wines.
