It is characterised by versatility, demonstrating a smooth, soft palate with a savoury finish. Matured in old French oak barrels for 12 months to maintain the freshness of this varietal, this Shiraz is a perfect accompaniment to warm Winter dishes or served slightly chilled as a Summer red.
