Baggie's Droewors (175G)

Baggie's Droewors is a South African cured meat that we produce here in Singapore! We mince Australian grass-fed Halal Beef Steak and mix with special Droewors spices, comprising of coriander, pepper, and salt. Baggie's Droewors has a really tasty aromatic flavour, it is the perfect healthy snack and packed full of protein (est. 45-50%). We make our Droewors in our butchery and deli shop where we hang it to dry for a number of days in our custom-built meat curing chamber until it reaches the optimum level of dryness and flavour. Your Biltong should be stored in the refrigerator in the paper bag it comes in and kept away from any excess moisture. For guaranteed freshness, you should store as directed and consume within one week of receipt.

Storage
Your Droewors should be stored in the refrigerator in a breathable container, such as the paper bag it comes in, and kept away from any excess moisture.
