Simple, delicious and filling - these are a classic South African between-meal treat.
500g (3 cups) Snowflake Queen Cakes Flour Mix
2 extra-large eggs
125ml (1/2 cup) cooking oil
250ml (1 cup) milk
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Lightly beat eggs, oil and milk.
Add Queen Cakes Flour Mix and mix with a spoon until just combined. Do not over mix.
Spoon equal quantities of the mixture into a well-greased muffin pan.
Bake for plus/minus 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
