The Foundation Stone White from Rickety Bridge is a feast for the senses with its five-way blend of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Ugni Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier. A wonderfully well-balanced, sophisticated white, it greets the nose with attractive aromas of peach, stone fruit, mango and spring blossom. There are delicate dashes of oak spice and a poised expression of fruit on the palate that concludes with much finesse and freshness. Its vast range of constituent varieties makes this wine very diverse in terms of food pairing.
