Rose petal, smokey spice and plum skin flavours. Handpicked grapes, cooled overnight. Grapes were cold soaked and partially natural fermented while minimal extraction was done. Maturing separately in older oak barrels.
Winemaker Marras Lamprecht has produced a superb blend here, using 10% of whole bunches. Showing complex aromatic nuances of rose petals, violets and sappy grilled herbs, the palate is supple and fleshy yet also displays a weightless concentration of red berry fruit, plum spice and savoury woodsmoke.

To be enjoyed on its own, but well paired with a mushroom soup or crispy duck and chicken dishes.
