The Viognier Chenin Blanc from Grande Provence is an award-winning wine, raking in a gold medal at the Vitis Vinifera Awards for its 2014 vintage. This unwooded, white wine has an elegant nose of peach, flowers and perfume. The palate displays layers of fruit flavors including dried apricot, apple and ripe pear. A well balanced blend where the tropical aromas of Chenin Blanc and the floral notes of Viognier come together to create a fantastic tasting experience.

Food Pairing

Enjoy this wine with meaty salads and simply prepared pork or chicken dishes. Also a great partner to grilled pear with a honey glaze sauce.

The Estate
The winery Grande Provence is located in the famous Franschhoek Valley and can look back on more than 300 years of history. From the very beginning, the winemakers of the estate have been creating high quality products so that success came quickly after the founding. Every generation has since further developed the knowledge of the ancestors and could therefore stay on the road to success. Today, there should be a bottle from Grande Provence in every well-assorted wine cellar – it is worth it!
