Jean Nel needs absolutely no encouragement, and very little excuse, to have a braai. He loves a braai so much, he decided to make a living out of it. What better way for a kid from a Karoo farm to earn himself a crust than by cooking for other people on an open fire, and even teaching his fellow South Africans how to braai.
