Some vintages arrive as if delivered on a magic carpet! 2015 was perfectly behaved, a vintage of pure luxury and a great relief after the previous two vintages weather conditions. A great vintage with trophy winning quality! Medium dark with black-red colour. Explosive nose of red fruits and infused cherry, the palate projects cranberry and plum with smoky strawberry high tones. Bright with a good grip and velvety mouthfeel with considerable ageing potential.
Enjoy with a selection of cheese or extract the joy of its opulence with seared salmon. But foremost it will be a natural with best cut red meats or winter stews!
