South Africans love the outdoors and love to braai (barbeque) their meat on wood or charcoal fire, whether it's beef, lamb, chicken, pork, venison or one of the thousands of recipes for boerewors (sausage).  This braai mix was created to work well with especially beef, lamb, pork or boerewors.  Sprinkle the mixture over the meat 2-3 hours before braaing.
