Delaire Graff Cabernet Franc Rosé 2023

Made from 100% Cabernet Franc, this unique Rosé displays flavours of ripe strawberries, cassis and candyfloss with dark red berries and cream on the mid palate and a juicy, crisp and dry finish. A creamy but very structured palate with layered flavours and lingering notes of citrus and pear on a dry finish. The grapes were gently pressed, fermented for almost 3 weeks at 14 ̊C and then left on primary lees post fermentation. The wine is made in the same style as Sauvignon Blanc from vineyards to cellar to maintain the lovely fresh fruit characters.

The Estate
Surrounded by South Africa’s prominent Stellenbosch vineyards silhouetted against a mountainous backdrop sits the Delaire Graff Wine Estate. Owned by Laurence Graff, Chairman of Graff Diamonds International, the estate houses private lodges, a luxury spa, a South African contemporary art collection, a Graff diamond store, and Delaire Graff wines.
